SIP Trunks are the modern replacement for the old PSTN and ISDN Lines. These are fed through a Broadband or Ethernet line to the client's premises. Due to the way SIP trunks work the calls from them are cheaper than calls from standard PSTN and ISDN lines.
SIP Trunks cost differently dependent upon if they are running on-net or off-net. On-net is where they are being fed through a circuit on CSD's network where as Off-net is when they are going though a circuit with another provider.
On-Net
- Setup - £0.00
- Monthly Rental - £2.00 + VAT per channel
- Minimum period 12 months
- Calls charged for on an as and when basis
Off-net
- Setup - £80.00
- Monthly Rental £3.00 + VAT per channel
- Minimum period 12 months
- Calls charged for on an as and when basis
If the client has any existing numbers they wish to port across to this service then this can be arranged as follows:
Single Line - £10.00 + VAT and takes approximately 10 working days
Multi-line - £80.00 + VAT and takes approximately 20 working days
Complex-Line - £150.00 + VAT and takes approximately 30 working days.
