This option is like Option 1 but CSD assists you with providing the services to your clients. For your current portfolio your clients still deal directly with you but CSD will support your clients directly as yourself for our services that they use removing the "middle man" scenario and meaning that your clients deal directly with who is controlling the systems.

For this option to work in needs your phone number to be ported across to CSD's systems to give the clients one number to call and then select whether they require the services provided by you or by CSD. (i.e. an auto-attendant that welcomes them to your company and then tells then to select 1 for the services you provide or else press 2 for the services provided by CSD). Should your client contact you for a service that is being provided by CSD then you have the ability, if needed, to transfer them through to CSD.

There is the option with this that if you are going to have no-one in your office for your clients to contact and wish to have someone your clients can speak to then CSD will cover the services you provide your clients to make sure they always have someone available to contact in this event.

CSD is available 24/7 for your clients to contact if they phone your number and select the services provided by CSD and your availability is for you to decide.

In summary this option gives you the ability to add the products to your portfolio and, as far as your clients are concerned, they are just dealing with you.

With this option you have the option of either CSD billing your clients directly or else CSD bills you for you to then bill your clients so that your clients are dealing with you for everything. (The latter is subject to a credit check)

If you are billing your clients for any communication services you need to have a RID Code from Ofcom to licence you to sell communication services.

Other Costs: Calls made out using your office phones and if you bill your customers the CSD will bill you for the services for you to then bill on.

CSD pays you a monthly commission for the entire period you sell our services as a cut of the profits on each product.
