We provide a wide range of Hosted VOIP solutions varying from single lines to multi-extension organisations across multiple sites.

The Single Lines are for users who require a phone number for a different area than they are located (e.g. located in Chelmsford, Essex but wish for a London phone number). The Multi-Extension Setup is for users requiring the facilities of a phone system without having to spend the money on one or if the organisation is spread across multiple sites it enables the client to run as if located in a single site.

The Single Lines come as a basic extension with the ability to either have a Basic VOIP Phone, VOIP Gateway (for connecting a standard phone) or VOIP App connected and have Voicemail facilities

The Multi-Extension Lines come with the ability to have a VOIP Phone, VOIP Gateway (for connecting a standard phone / fax) or VOIP App. The extensions have the ability for ring groups, call queues, digital receptionists, voicemail, call transfer, call parking etc.

The pricing for these options are as follows:

Single Line

• £40.00 + VAT setup
• £0.00 monthly rental
• Calls charges for on an as and when basis

Multi-Extension Line

Option 1

• Purchase VOIP Phone (price quoted at time as depends upon model of phone)
• £6.00 + VAT per extension per month
• Calls charged for on an as and when basis
• Minimum period of 1 month

Option 2

• VOIP Phone provided for free but remains property of CSD
• £10.00 + VAT per extension per month
• Calls charged for on an as and when basis
• Minimum period of 12 months

Option 1 has the advantage of a lower on-going cost but if the phones fail out of warranty then they are replaced at the client's cost where as Option 2 has no setup cost and the phones are rented from CSD and if they should fail then they are replaced at no cost to the client. With Option 2 CSD reserves the right to charge for the replacement if there is damage caused by miss-use or accidental damage of the phone.

If the client has any existing numbers they wish to port across to this service then this can be arranged as follows:

Single Line - £10.00 + VAT and takes approximately 10 working days

Multi-line - £80.00 + VAT and takes approximately 20 working days

Complex-Line - £150.00 + VAT and takes approximately 30 working days.
